Zara back in the saddle for The King’s School
Zara (Year 8) represented the senior school in the National Schools Equestrian Association (NSEA) Show Jumping Qualifier on 6 September at the Petley Wood Equestrian Centre.
Putting on a fabulous performance with her horse, Kilmore Mirah, she competed at 70-75cm and 80-85cm and went clear. In the 80-85cm she was fast against the clock, eventually coming 12th in a class of 58 competitors.
Another busy day in the stirrups was had last Sunday when Zara competed at Chilham Park in a one-day event of showjumping, dressage and cross-country, coming second in her class. An absolutely fantastic result on both occasions. Well done, Zara!
