Erik & Tom retain historic Kent Prep School Golf Championship
Tom F (8M) and Erik G (8M) said it was so good to have that winning feeling again after taking the Kent Prep Schools Golf Championship title at Canterbury Golf Club last week.
It was the first time the boys could represent the school in a golf tournament since the beginning of the pandemic, and they took a narrow win by just one point to retain the school’s title from 2019.
The competition has a long history, having run since 1967.
Both Tom and Erik have benefitted from our after-school golf activity during their time at JKS, which runs every Thursday, and both will now be taking up places at Senior King’s where they look forward to joining the school golf team.
