Form Teachers
Every form in the Prep school has an individual Form Teacher and a supporting Form Tutor. In many cases each is a qualified teacher, in others there is a teacher supported by a trainee teacher, an assistant tutor or a teaching assistant; invariably both genders are represented.
This arrangement means the children have two role models, two confidantes and two champions.
